Please use a physical street address so that FedEx or UPS can deliver to you. silkNOW.com reserves the right to modify your shipping selection, at our sole discretion, if for any reason we deem it necessary to do so.Free shipping is available in the continental United States only for standard ground shipments. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will incur extra fees for shipping. This offer can be revoked at any time. Presently silkNOW.com does not ship to international locations.

Return Policy
You may return unopened packages and unused bedding to silkNOW.com for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee. Due to the personal nature of bedding, we cannot accept returns of used or laundered bedding. All items leave our stockrooms in excellent condition, if your items arrive damaged in shipping, please do not accept the shipment from the courier. It is the courier’s responsibility to arrange for a replacement with silkNOW.com. Any opened items found to be defective will be replaced free of charge. Contact silkNOW.com at 800-503-1877 for return information in the unlikely event of a product defect.
